Lakeview Restaurant Franchising

Who we are

Most franchise consultants have never run the kind of business they're telling you to build.

Andy Klie has.

Portrait of Andy Klie, founder of Lakeview Restaurant Franchising

Before he helped launch more than 200 concepts and award over 500 franchises, he owned them. Ran them. Stood on the operator's side of the counter at open and at close, and learned, the hard way, the only way it sticks, what makes a restaurant work once the founder finally steps back.

That's the part most people in this industry skip. They can draft an FDD and build a pitch deck. What they can't do is tell you, from experience, why your second location is quietly bleeding margin, or why the system that runs flawlessly while you're in the building falls apart the week you leave.

Andy Klie can. Because he's lived it.

We do one thing. On purpose.

Lakeview franchises restaurants. Only restaurants.

That's not a limitation. It's the entire advantage. Food cost, labor, throughput, consistency from one kitchen to the next, the brutal math of a second lease: none of it is theory here. A generalist franchise firm treats your taco shop the same way it treats a med spa or a tax office. We can't, because we can't unsee how different they are.

When you franchise a restaurant, a thousand small things have to travel: the recipe, the prep, the timing, the feel of the room. Getting all of it to survive the trip from your store to someone else's is the whole job. It's what we've spent two decades getting right.

When we tell you your concept is ready, it's the read of someone who's run the play.

Not someone who's only diagrammed it.

And when we tell you it's not ready yet, you can trust that too. We'd rather lose the engagement than put an owner through a launch their concept can't carry. The owners who hear "not yet," fix the gap, and come back a year later are some of the best stories we have.

Since 2008, that's how we've worked. One partner, one system, one focus, turning proven restaurants into brands other people are proud to operate.
